Rota Skipper has been machining parts for more than 45 years but that is only part of what Rota Skipper has to offer. Rota Skipper is broken into four parts of business a machine shop, mechanical engineering, electrically engineering and a UL certified panel shop. You can utilize any of the four divisions or take advantage of all of them to have a complete system designed, manufactured, programmed and assembled ready for use.
Rota Skippers machine shop ranges from manual machines to full state of the art CNC machining. All of the CNC machining is programmed with off line cam software. This allows Rota Skipper to utilize their customer’s files for programming and can use DWG files and most solid model files. Rota Skipper can machine parts from small to large in size and Also has 4th axis abilities. Rota Skipper also has a vast knowledge of machining a wide range of materials while still holding tight tolerances.
Rota Skippers mechanical engineering department has years of experience and have been utilize the use of Solid Works for the design process. We can develop a single part to a complete system involving thousands of parts. We work closely with our customer to ensure that the end product meets their needs.

electrical engineering department has a broad background in PLC
programming with a large knowledge in Allen Bradley products. We are
able to integrate PLC’s with Vision, servos and VFDs to network
small to large systems together. This department can be tied together
with the others to complete a full turnkey system. We are also able
to come to your facility to trouble shoot problems or install new
programs.

shop is UL certified and can build panels from small to large. Our
panels are neatly constructed and well labeled. These panels can be
built just onto a sub-panel or completely wired into an enclosure
box. All panels are shipped with a full set of schematics documenting
the whole panel.
